Multiple CPQ issues: Blueprint not created, CPQ Admin UI not loading, Sync errors

Hello Community,
I am currently facing an issue with CPQ Blueprint creation and would appreciate any guidance or similar experiences from the community.
Even though the required role sn_prd_pm_product_catalog_admin was already assigned at the time of my original testing (screenshot will be attached as evidence), the behavior below is still occurring.
Blueprint creation does not complete
After creating a Product Offering and clicking “Create Configuration,” the Blueprint generation never completes. The configuration is not created or updated, and the process appears to remain in an incomplete state.

When navigating to Product Catalog Management > Offerings > CPQ Administration, the page fails to load correctly and stays blank or only partially rendered.
As a result, the dedicated CPQ Configuration UI for managing Blueprints is not usable in our instance.

In the table sn_cpq_intg_product_offering_sync_history, each “Create Configuration” attempt generates error records. The logs repeatedly show entries such as:
JavaScriptException
Invalid response format from API
Errors in CPQ Product Offer Sync handling
Based on this behavior, I would like to ask the community the following:
Q1. Is the incomplete Blueprint creation a known issue, defect, or patch-related problem in CPQ?
If anyone has seen similar behavior, are there known workarounds or references (for example, KB articles or previous community posts)?
Q2. What are the likely causes of the CPQ Administration UI failing to load and the recurring errors in CPQ Sync History?
In your experience, do these symptoms more often come from:
misconfiguration on the instance,
insufficient licensing,
issues with the CPQ/Logik-related APIs, or
defects in the CPQ components themselves?
The repeated “Invalid response format from API” suggests a mismatch between the expected and actual payload structures, and I would be very interested in any insight into common root causes for this message.
Q3. Are there recommended ways to enable deeper debugging for CPQ sync operations?
For example, are there specific logs to enable, log levels to adjust, or ways to capture full API request/response payloads to better understand what is happening during the sync?
Any advice, similar case studies, or troubleshooting pointers would be greatly appreciated.
