In the Sales and Order Management (SOM) Product Configurator, I’m trying to achieve the following behavior:
- Characteristic: Internet Type → Options: Fiber, DSL
- Characteristic: Speed → Options: 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps
Requirement:
When Internet Type = Fiber, Speed should automatically be set to 1 Gbps (without manual user selection).
Is there any OOTB approach in SOM to auto-set a characteristic value based on another selection?
What are the recommended best practices to implement this behavior?
