As a former Help Desk Manager, I needed to know the high-level status of an outage at a moment's notice in order to brief the CIO and customers. I added a Process Flow Formatter to the Outage Form in ServiceNow's Kingston to achieve that objective. Watch how I do it below using zero code. Enjoy!
