The final Last Thursdays with SPM webinar of 2023, was delivered by Senior Outbound Product Manager, Irene Vieth and Principal Product Marketing Engineer, Debbra McGrath, who led us through the world of Product Feedback. We began the webinar with two simple questions: “How do product managers get access to all feedback? and how do they make data-driven decisions without clear prioritization?” These are just two of the many challenges that Product Managers face when trying to ensure their customers are heard. Luckily, there’s a single source solution that addresses this myriad of issues: SPM Product Feedback.
With Product Feedback, Irene explained, provides organizations with a single funnel for feedback enabling them to quickly analyze and accelerate development for customer-centric products. Users can easily learn the product feedback flow, from intake of customer feedback to creation of product ideas, and finally link feedback and ideas of planning items, goals, cases, or incidents.
Additionally, Irene highlighted how feedback can be captured from many sources – and how internal customers can take advantage of an Outlook plug-in that allows them to automatically create feedback from their email capturing required information. This adds consistency and greatly simplifies the submission process – encouraging users to submit valuable information about your products and services.
Irene then passed the mic over to Debbra who gave the audience an in-depth demonstration of the Product Feedback application including the collection of Product Feedback and Product Ideas. Debbra showed us how Product Feedback enables a single repository of all customer feedback by providing data-driven insights into trends and statistics to drive greater innovation and value.
