Project Workspace Improvements from Tokyo and San Diego

The Project Workspace got a face lift in San Diego and provides the following advantages. - Better aesthetics for an easier Work Breakdown Structure experience. - Easier ways to add and re-order columns on the WBS - Ability to add Bar Labels. - Turn Autosave on/off. - Change Date Format And in Tokyo we get the following enhancements. - Take action on multiple project tasks at once. - Warnings on Start Time change - Feature parity with legacy workspace: Create External Dependency - More Financial features: Financial period overview of planned, actual, budget, and variance.
