Hi All
I have accidently deleted the default status report that comes OOTB for project docs. I am now getting the error message when i save a new status report.
The default template is currently empty. Configure the default template before creating the status report.
Can someone detail steps i need to follow to create a new default status report.
Thanks
Regards
Farzad

Hi @FarzadT,
for anything deleted - try to go to Deleted records:
or update the URL below and navigate to the [sys_audit_delete] table:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_audit_delete_list.do
And try to find it there, you can filter per table, time/date, deleted by, and/or display value. If you are lucky and find it there, you can undelete that record and thus no need to recreate it again.
Let me know if you were lucky to find it, good luck!!

Hey @FarzadT
To echo @GlideFather its really simple search for "Deleted records" in the navigator, search for the time and date you deleted it and just undelete it which will restore everything back to the way it was. If its a widget it #should be in there... FYI - When I was starting out I did something similar, it really saved my bacon. 😁
