Acl is working on one environment i.e dev environment and but it is not working another testing envi

We have implemented an ACL that is functioning correctly in the development environment. However, the same ACL does not appear to be working in the testing environment. We have verified that the ACL code has been properly included in the update sets and deployed to the test instance, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist in identifying what might be missing or misconfigured in the test environment?

seems some issue with role for that user with whom you are testing.

Did you compare the user profile in both the instances?

Looking not only at the ACL you created/updated, have you verified that for the table/column in question that all ACL(s) in both environment are consistent? You may have had an inadvertent update/creation done directly in your testing environment.
