Actual Cost not showing in Portfolio Plan Financials tab

Actual Cost is showing Zero in FY26 Opex, however if you see that Actuals is present for Project, in Portfolio Plan Financials Tab.

Hi @ManasiK10459800 ,

The Portfolio Planning Financials tab displays the sum of actuals only up to the last processed fiscal period.

That is why FY26 Opex is currently showing as 0, even though actuals exist at the project level.

At the moment, only FY25 processed expense lines are being considered by the system:

  • FY25 actuals are reflected correctly.

  • FY26 actuals are not displayed.

For reference, please see the two screenshots of the test project:

  • Portfolio Planning tab showing actuals only till FY25.

  • Processed expense lines confirming only FY25 entries are included.
    Example 2.png

This seems to be expected ServiceNow behavior, as the Portfolio Planning tab aggregates actuals only up to the last processed fiscal period.
