Add Convert to RIDAC to related links

I'm struggling with how to add Convert to RIDAC to my risk-related links.

@Community Alums Please try the following steps:

1. Open a risk form

2. Select the following in a sequence

3. Open "Convert to RIDAC"

4. Select "Form Link" and save the changes.
