Adding field on story form to capture Technical/Dev relevant information/update set

Hello 

I thought that there was an OOB field in  rm_story table called Technical Description or similar to capture Technical/Dev relevant information/update set without adding this information in the Description field or notes..

Am I missing the field or have people just added this field to the table?

Id like some feedback on this
