Adjusting Allocation Workbench Capacity hours for users

Hello all,

We recently had ITBM implemented and I am running across the an issue where leadership wants to change the available hours of a analyst from 40 hours to 30 in the allocation workbench. I have read through the docs and found that this is set by the default resource management schedule. This schedules hours have been adjusted to 6 hours and the fte hours per day have also been updated in the Properties - Resource module. However, the workbench is still showing 40 hours. Has anyone experienced this same issue? We are currently on London Patch 4 and I have also ensured that I changed the users default schedule to the resource management schedule and still no dice. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated. The photo below is where I am experiencing this.

After changing the schedule, did you run update capacity UI action for the users?
