Adjusting breadcrumbs on Idea Portal

I would like to modify breadcrumbs on the Ideas Portal.  From the discussions I have seen elsewhere, the label for the breadcrumb is hidden on the page itself but I cannot seem to access it.

For example, the Create an Idea page has no info where the breadcrumb is stored so wondering where I can access this info so I can make changes?

No sorry, I tried both of them already and didn't find what I'm looking for.

Specifically, I need to know where the info for the titles are being kept as I want to change the label of one of the existing titles for the breadcrumb.
