Agile 2.0 Development - Licensing Question

We never requested it but it is there. We are very interested in using it before doing so we would like the confirmation that there will be no additional charges.
We are currently running on Rome and we subscribed to the following:
- Customer Service Management Standard - Fulfiller User v5
- Field Service Management Standard - FSM User
- IntegrationHub Pool
But for sometime now, we have an additionnal line:
- Agile Team - Module

Any ideas?

I would recommend you to check with your account executive. AE is the best person to guide in this direction.

I concur with the other post -- ultimately the only confirmation you can get is from your AE.

That said, Agile Team - Module has been a standard free add-on for many years now. No one ever asks for it but it's always included. Last month I actually worked with a client and their AE to get this re-added (for free) because somehow it was mistakenly left off their order.
