Agile groups

How do I create scrum groups with below roles?

A non-admin user wants to create stories who has ITIL,ITIL_ADMIN, USER_ADMIN and all SCRUM roles, how can a user create a group from Agile Development-->Groups module since it displays below error and also from the stories, he/she can't assign a story to assignment group from Agile Development --> All Stories (when user clicks on "Assign to release/group")which gives the null group as below screenshots.

Can anyone help me with setting up the Scrum groups and story group assignment for Agile Development application?

Thank You!

Hi Pintu,

It kinda looks like there is a custom ACL on the group table that hides things like the group name. Maybe adding a read acl for the group name and attach scrum_user role to that might fix your issue.

Hi Roel,

Thanks for your response!

There is no custom ACL, I actually activated the plugin and tried setting up groups/products and stories . Somehow non-admin users couldn't access the Agile group even they are itil and have all scrum roles.

Thank You!

Yes, you are correct. There are some ACL's acting on Group table as we are restricting access because of our integration setup.
