As any one had any problems with enabling EAP Hierarchy?
I tried following these instructions
But the sn_apw_advanced.enable_hierarchy_view does not exist. I tried repairing everything but that did not help. Finally I manually created the entry and it now works!!
Just wondering if it is a wider defect or specific to our instance.

Hi @owenluke ,
Thanks for raising this point.
Documentation will be fixed. In this case, your action is correct - creating the property manually and setting it to true. It is not a defect just in your instance.
Have a great weekend!

One more point - forgot to mention earlier --- In such cases,
Admin can execute the fix script, "Populate parent level data for work item”.
(Go to Nav->Fix Script-> Open fix script with name, “Populate parent level data for work item” -> Click “Run fix script button”).
The fix script should ideally create the sys_property and set it to true. However, this is not working... that is why the defect has been created and will be fixed by the team in addition to updating the documentation..
Thanks Again !
