We have started up an integration with Azure DevOps and have linked Features, Epics, and User Stories to forms in our ServiceNow instance.
We are now trying to add Bugs to the Defect form on ServiceNow (rm_defect). However, despite mimicking the settings that we use for User Story, we are unable to get the Bugs to migrate into ServiceNow. It was suggested that this may be an issue on the Azure side and they need to turn on the ability for Bugs to be imported into ServiceNow.
Does anyone know where exactly this particular setting is? Or am I doing this wrong and there is something else regarding the integration that I need to be aware of?
