It seems that the group capacity , When generating capacity in the Portfolio Planning workspace, does not take in account if some only works 0.8 FTE instead of 1 FTE. Within the HR profile we did fill in the FTE field 80 (instead of 100) but it seems not to link with the resource capacity.
How can you configure different FTE capacity on user level so the group capacity will provide an realistic capacity FTE and not 1 FTE per person by default?

Hello @Corwind
Best way I can think of is through user schedule.
If you will have multiple users who should have 0.8FTE (32 hours), then create a schedule and assign to those users.
Create a parent schedule and call that whatever you want, maybe 0.8 FTE.
Under the schedule entries related list, create a new schedule entry and give that your fulltime hours (or use an existing one)
Under the child schedule column, create another entry. This time, you want this to be excluded for the fulltime hours.. So in our case, if we are trying to get to 32 hours, we will have one for 40 hours and then a child schedule of 8 hours (excluded).
Make sure the type in the related list is "exclude".
Here is an example of the actual child entry itself. I remove 1.6 hours daily (1 hr, 36 mins)
At the end of the day, you should see that worker's availability as 0.8 FTE
If you are not seeing this, make sure you've updated the resource capacity for the user.
Hopefully, my explanation was clear enough.. If you are confused about anything, let me know.
