We have our DevOps Integration set up to pick up Features, User Stories and Bugs. We have set up our User Stories to be child entries to our Features. We are also using Bugs as child entries to User Stories and are mapped to Defects on ServiceNow
The issue that we are encountering is that no child entry of any closed item previously imported is being imported. For example: if there is a feature that is in Closed status and a new Child User Story is imported, the User story is not imported. Likewise, if there is a closed User Story with a new child Bug created, the bug is not imported into ServiceNow.
Would like to know if there is any particular setting in which Azure will not send certain entries into ServiceNow based on State of the parent entry? Or is there some functionality that I need to set on ServiceNow to allow for child entries for closed parents to be imported?
