Our client has recently set up integration between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow using the Agile mappings. While everything is going well so far, the only thing that is missing is the creation of defects as these are not created from Azure DevOps, but through our ServiceNow processes. We want any Defect created on the ServiceNow side to be replicated to the Azure DevOps Bugs form, we would determine how the Defect is related to either the Agile Story or Enhancement (which is linked to Service Request).
Where in the Azure DevOps integration would we be able to create a new Azure Bug on the Azure DevOps side?

Hi @tahnalos
OOB Azure DevOps integration focuses primarily on syncing Epics, and Stories from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Servicenow.
Azure Bug to Servicenow defect mapping is not in scope. Refer: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/yokohama/it-business-management/microsoft-azure-devops-integration...
Raise a case(hi ticket) to Servicenow Vendor to check with product team, if any way you this can be done.
They will suggest you if any idea needs to submitted or already in place.

Thank you for the response. If a User Story is created on ServiceNow, is it automatically synced to Azure DevOps? Because I am unable to create new stories and sync them to ADO.
