Hello Team,
I am experiencing an issue in the Portfolio Planning Workspace → Resource Capacity screen where incorrect data is being displayed for specific groups.
Issue Details:
- When selecting "Infrastructure Support L3" or "Architecture Team", the system shows additional/incorrect resource lines.
- The Architecture Team has 5 active members, but the system displays 0 members in the capacity view.
- The group is correctly configured with active users.
- The group also has associated pps_resourceNeed records, but the capacity is not reflecting accurately.
Impact:
- This issue is affecting the accuracy of resource capacity planning within SPM.
Expected Behavior:
- The system should correctly display the actual number of active group members (5) and accurate capacity data without extra or incorrect lines.
Actual Behavior:
- Incorrect member count (0 shown instead of 5)
- Additional inaccurate resource rows displayed
Screenshots attached for your reference
Thanks in advance

Hello @Sriram34 ,
Thanks for raising the query.
As mentioned in the actual behavior that it shows 0 instead of 5, does not match with the screenshot.
The screenshot shows 4 active resources in the Architecture group - 1 resource having the role of 'Head of Architecture' and 3 members of the group have the 'Architect' role.
Ideally it should show 1 more resource in that additional row showing as 0. Can you check if the resource is active and have the employee profile set?
Thank You!
