Hi All,
The requirement is to use the CWM for an ask. If so, requests, RITMS and its respective tasks which are created via portal can it be bought into CWM. There is something as connect ed work where we can define table and its conditions and bring them into this CWM.
If anyone has the solution or has worked on similar kind of requirement, your help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Anirudhron G

Hi Anirudhron,
you can pull in any task type object into CWM.
Steps:
1. Create a New Board in the Space
2. On the board, click on 'Connect Work'
3. Add the name(s) of the table(s) you want to retrieve items from
4. Add filter criteria
Continue steps 3 & 4 to create your unified backlog
Remarks:
- OOB, there's a maximum of 100 records per table which you can retrieve
- When retrieving stories, be aware that sprints and epics in CWM are not the same as in Agile V.2
Success with your configuration !
Thanks for a thumbs up if helpful

@AndersBGS @Anirudh29 just a clarification, we also have opportunities to use CWM not only for SPM , so it does not have to consume SPM license. Not sure if Anirudh was using it along with SPM (standard / Pro) or standalone. CWM is being positioned as an industry agnostic work management tool to compete with other similar products available on the market, so the licensing model is flexible and not dependent on SPM.
As far as the access goes, Anders already provided the role needed, just keep in mind please that if you are using 'Connected Work' as you have referred, Users can only manage the work that they are entitled to and have access to based on ACLs.
For example, SPM license is required to manage Project tasks, ITSM license is required to manage incidents, changes, problems, catalog tasks etc.
If two users in the same space have different entitlements or access levels, they will see diff info on the space/board.

Hi @Nil C
According to information received from ServiceNow, your input is not correct. CWM utilizes SPM standard licenses where to utilize SPW you need SPM Pro licenses....
When that said, it is always recommend to have a dialogue with the Service Sales representatives to have the exact figures and communication.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

@AndersBGS you are correct that to utilize SPW and CWM both (or integrate them, sync them etc.) you need SPM Pro and nothing else (CWM is already included in any SPM licenses).
My comment was in reference to 'user utilizing CWM workspace should have the sn_cwm.cwm_user which will consume SPM license'. There are a lot of use cases available without SPM, for ex. when Enterprise Architects need a quick and efficient way to decommission non-critical applications identified through application rationalization and SPM is not being used (or not required by the company), CWM and EA can co-exist and only CWM and EA licenses are req in this case. similarly, IRM and CWM or CWM alone can work for another org.
if it helps, please see the Package options here:
