I am experiencing an issue with the Burndown Chart in ServiceNow Agile Development. When I open the burndown chart for a sprint, the chart window opens but remains completely empty (no lines, no data displayed), as shown in the screenshot below.
Context:
Agile board: ✅ configured and accessible
Sprint: ✅ active and contains user stories/tasks
Stories: ✅ have estimates (story points) and are assigned to the sprint
Work has been moved across board columns
Issue:
Despite the above, the Burndown Chart shows a blank screen with no plotted data.
