Hi all. When creating a portfolio in the Strategic Planning Workspace using Fiscal Period instead of dates to set the start/end date, it using the Business Calendar Entry table (business_calendar_span). I'm working with a customer that has relabelled their Fiscal Periods (for example, from 'FY24' to 'FY24/25'). They want to be able to select fiscal periods that align with the same name.
Is this just a question of synching the names from the fiscal periods (fiscal_period) table to the records with the same start/end dates in the Business Calendar records, or do those records also do other things I'm not aware of?

I've noticed that the names displayed in the SPW seem to be the OOB names, as used in the Business Calendar Entry Names records (business_calendar_span_name). Most confusingly, these records don't seem to exist before M1 of 2025/26. I need to back-date a portfolio to cover 2023/24 and 24/25, and their fiscal calendar runs April to March, so I can't just load older values from a PDI, as they all run Jan-Dec.
Do I need to manually create earlier Fiscal Period, Business Calendar Entry and Business Calendar Entry Name records so I can load older Fiscal portfolio data?
