Hi,

 

How to manage campaigns in ServiceNow - Idea Management?

 

E.g. Sending an email to all recipients with a link to the "Create new Idea" form in the Idea Portal; in the form I imagine a new custom field called "Campaigns" from where the users can associate the idea with a campaign

 

There's any best practice or different approach?

Why not update the OOB Category field to have the campaigns? Campaigns are temporary, so you can just inactivate them when they are done (or ideas are no longer accepted).

The point is we want to entice participation and we can do that with notifications.

I found Campaigns can be managed OOB but with Employee center pro and I am trying to verify if it is available.
