Can there be more than 1 dashboard owner?

I need to change the owner of a dashboard in PPM which I believe only the dashboard owner or dashboard admin/admin role can do. Does anyone know if more than one individual can become the owner of a dashboard? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

No, there can only be one owner. The way it is set up only allows one user to be entered in the owner field.

Hi Ali,

If you go to the Table containing all dashboards (< your instance >.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fpa_dashboards_list.do

You will see that Owner is a reference field to a Single User. So only 1 person can be the Owner. You can create a (personal) copy of a dashboard.

This would be a great improvement to allow for multiple owners.  We have had several use cases where the owner is OOO for an extended leave and the management becomes difficult via admins due to competing priorities.
