Can we create project automatically from Demand when it moves to Approved stage?

There is a requirement that when Demand Moves to Approved stage, project should be created automatically.

Hi,

Even if a demand is approved doesn't mean is going to be a project immediately.

The creation is not automatic because depends on the budget and, normally, someone manually has to approve that money to be spent on that particular demand 

For example: a portfolio manager might decide to start 5 projects from approved demands out of 9 in a portfolio for a specific quarter / fiscal year as the budget might be limited and maybe go for the other 4 on the successive fiscal year / quarter or as soon as he got enough budget for them.

Maybe it will never have enough money for that demand so it will never become a project even if is approved
