Hello ServiceNow Community,

We setting the list layout for the APW Prioritization View on the sn_align_core_planning_item table, but I have not been able to identify how the scoring models are set on the LIST View.

If you go to the sn_align_core_planning_item table and select the APW Prioritization View and select Configure > List Layout you see all fields except the RICE Score

Next go to Strategic Planning > Strategic Planning Workspace

Select a portfolio or create a new portfolio plan that uses the RICE scoring methodology

To validate that you are using the RICE scoring methodology select the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and select Edit Portfolio Plan.

Move through the plan until you get to the Portfolio plan details page and validate that Scoring framework = RICE

Select the planning tab and you will notice that the columns match what we set above in List Layout except the RICE Score. How can I order this column?

@Adam Johnson2  Since the column RICE score comes in after you set RICE scoring framework at portfolio plan level and consequently at planning items level. You can click on the personalize settings icon to the right and change the order of  RICE score column up and down as you wish to. Screenshot below. Please mark this answer helpful if it solves your problem.

Hello Prashant and thank you for the reply.
We know that we can have individual team members update this in the list, but we are trying to default this in an order and have not been able to identify a way to do this for the RICE score. We want to add that as the last column in our list and don't want to have to tell team members to do this.

Is this possible?
Thanks,

Adam

@Adam Johnson2  The scoring columns are of glidevar type and you cant control it like you do other columns of the planning item table. Right now we only have the option of moving it up or down via personalise section.

Thank you @Prashant_S - this is valuable so thank you for sharing the specifics.
It would be valuable to understand why this was designed this way and if this is something that will work this way in the future. Any time things work differently in an application we like to understand the why so if there is any additional information that you feel is valuable please share.

Thanks,
Adam
