Hi Team,

Could anyone please help me understand why, after changing a user's schedule effective from April 2025, the data is not appearing in Capacity and Availability when I check dates before April 2025 in the Resource Allocation Workbench?

You need to re-generate the Resource Capacity and any Resource Aggregates in order to see the latest in the Allocation Workbench:

There are 2 scheduled jobs you can look into and see what's the appropriate frequency to ran these, so Allocation Workbench is always up to date.

- Generate resource aggregate dailies 

- Update resource capacity
