Change in budgets of projects in the Portfolio Workbench

Hello All, 

System is changing the budget figures of demands and projects within a Portfolio on the Portfolio Workbench in the Default Plan View

In Confirmed Plan View, budget is correct as in Project but when moving to the Default Plan view, we can see that the Proposed Opex Budget has now changed ! Where has that come from because this is also not the Proposed Opex i.e. Cost Plan amount.

A couple of things come to mind that might help you pin this down:
Are you looking at the total budget, or only the budget for the current year?  You'll notice that each fiscal year has its own budget record.  Could this explain the difference?
Or if the difference is slight, is it possible that the value is being converted between currencies?  Are you using the platform's 'functional' currency for the portfolio and the records within this portfolio?
