Can you clarify and expand your question please, I'm struggling to understand what the ask here.
Based on the above, if you need to load data (cmdb data) into ServiceNow, the best practice approach would be to leverage the "Load Data" and "Transform Maps" to import the data into a staging table first.

If you just need to load one or 2 records (similar to the above), my recommendation would be to manually add these records.
