Hi Folks,
I am new to SPM, but I am quite surprised there is nothing OOTB to convert a Risk to an Issue. Am I missing it?
If there is nothing OOTB, can someone advise me on how to go about this? Our PMO would like the ability to convert Risks to Issues, within a project.
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for this, I was looking for this functionality to implement it. I have a question about RIDAC, maybe you could help me figure it out. Is the instance supposed to register into RIDAC all risks, actions, issues, or changes, or we have to do this manually to change one to the other? I need some help finding the use of having to transform a risk that I identified on my project to RIDAC manually if I then want to transform that risk into an issue. I would appreciate if you can tell me more about how you use your RIDAC. Thank you so much!
