Hi ,

My manager wants to have the Incidents / Requests assigned to   a particular group in his dashboard .

He also wants to have a email notification , whenever a incident/request is assigned to that group

But problem   is , he should not be a member of the group .

Any help to accomplish this ?

Thanks

Hi Jessica,

For the email notification, if he wants to to be notified anytime any group is assigned an incident, then you can simply add him as a recipient to the "Incident assigned to my group" notification.

He if is only interested in a particular group, he can add a filter to limit when he receives these notifications.

Filter a notification

Hope this is helpful.

If it's just for 1 group, you can write a business rule that automatically adds him to the watch list if group is x. Make sure this dashboard gauges shows Incidents on I'm watch list.

Or you could make him the Manager, then in the email notifications, like Incidents assigned to my group, add Manager to Who will receive. The gauge on dashboard will have to include groups I am the manager.

Michael that was really helpful .

But i dont find the guage , which says "Groups I am the manager"

Can we create a new one ?

Thanks in advance
