Dashboard and email notification

Hi ,

My manager wants to have the Incidents / Requests assigned to   a particular group in his dashboard .

He also wants to have a email notification , whenever a incident/request is assigned to that group

But problem   is , he should not be a member of the group .

Any help to accomplish this ?

Yes, you will have to create a new gauge or report which you turn into a gauge.
