This month our instance has been upgraded to San Diego, as such we have been able to take advantage of the New Project Workspace and our end users love it.
We've been asked to default projects to use the new workspace instead of the Classic view, saving a few clicks each time.
Has anyone made this change, or know what needs to be done to implement this?
Our users, use the UI action in a project to load the Classic view at the moment.
Thanks in advance,
Aaron

Hi there,
you might need to install new Project Workspace available through ServiceNow Store available here.
Kind regards,
Petr

Hi Petr,
We have version 2.1.0 of the new Project Workspace installed. This is more around, how we make it the default once it is installed.
N.B - I know there is some functionality that is still not present in the new Project Workspace, so removing the old one altogether is not an option at the moment.
Thanks,
Aaron

Thanks, that is helpful and is the suggestion I have provided to the business, however it still leaves me with the few outliers that will access a project through a dashboard. I think we're just going to have to create a new UI action and remove the one that defaults to the old project workspace.
