I'm looking for feedback and assistance with demand and project scoring. If my understanding is correct, OOB demand and project scoring doesn't include the priority value. Is my understanding correct? Also, has anyone made any scoring customization that includes the priority value and has any additional insight on the best way to include the priority value in the score?

The priority field factors into the Strategic Alignment score, but the Strategic Alignment score does not factor into the score field on the Assessment tab of the demand. The demand assessment's questions, inputs and weights are all configurable, you can set them to be anything you want. Look at the OOB assessment tool and dig into the OOB Demand assessment. You can play with the metrics to add in priority as you please.

Thank you for your input. I'm having some difficulty finding the OOB assessment tool. Would you provide more information on finding this tool?

It's here under Metric Definitions - choose the Demand type:

Thank you. I was looking for an app/tool. I've been working with the indicated link and have created a type that includes a script field that considers the priority value, but the score doesn't change. When changing the size, risk or roi, the score will change. That tells me that the assessment is being calculated.
