Trigger condition of Playbook is Create record (no other conditions) and I checked the Process Execution, Demand Workflow playbook got triggered
We have not done any configuration, everything is OOTB, let me know why it's not visible.

Hello,
I am seeing this as well. Here's what I found out:
- If I am logged in as an admin, the playbook doesn't show in Strategic Planning Workspace (SPW).
- If I am logged in as some with the it_demand_manager role, the playbook does show in SPW.
While you should see this as an admin in my opinion, you might be able to move on with your configuration because rarely should you be using an admin profile in the production instance. I do have a question out to product team regarding this.

@saurabha_upare @jameswoodfo This is a defect in product and it has been fixed in June 2026 release of Portfolio Planning (v8.15.0). This version should be out on 2026-06-11
