Hi all, I guess not a new topic.
Theres a really nice article from Rae Ann Prasnic on the topic.
Understanding Project States - ServiceNow Community
That said Im trying to get my head around it still.
For example Users ask:
What does it mean if: Project State=Pending and Phase=Executing?
What does it mean if: Project State=Work in Progress and Phase=Initiating?
I am a little stuck how to answer such questions. It is confusing to Users and not intuitive!
How would you answer those questions?
Best regards
