Do you have to have the 'Pro Licence' to use the enhancement/defect functionality in Demand Management

Hello - my organisation has recently introduced ITBM (sorry.....SPM), including the Demand Management functionality.  At this stage, we haven't turned on the 'Enhancement/Defect' part of the tool, however, I noticed that one of the requirements is we need the Agile 2.0 to be operational as well.  I understand that there is some Agile 2.0 functionality with a standard licence, but does this include the ability to turn on the Enhancement/Defect functionality??  Or, do we need to have a pro licence??  Thanks

As far as I know Agile 2.0 is part of SPM Pro license. Having said that I would recommend you to contact your account executive for further clarification.

As Namita mentioned, best to check with your account rep. This is indeed a bit of a tricky question as that also may depend on when you got your contract. If you have access to your 'Subscription Management' module in your prod instance and it shows to "Agile Team" (or something with a close enough name) you should be good and have the entitlement to use Enhancements and Defect. As far as I know, Defects and Enhancements are part of the Agile base and technically do not require Agile 2.0.

If you don't have "Agile Team" and an older contract you may have to check with your rep to either get "Agile Team" or may have to upgrade to SPM pro.
