Edit the "Group By" Fields in a Portfolio Plan - Roadmap

Hello,
Can someone help me understand how we can edit the fields that are are available in the "Group By" option of a portfolio plan's roadmap?  We'd like to add Assignment Group as a group by option.  Thank you!

@detsportsczar Try the following steps:

Go to Strategic Planning >> Portfolio Plan Configuration

Open the table for which you want to change the Group By like sn_align_core_planning_item

Update the Group by section:

Hi @detsportsczar , I have worked on a similar issue in my experience at Work4flow. Give the below steps a try:

• Open the desired Portfolio Plan.

• Navigate to the roadmap view.

• Locate the "Group By" option on the roadmap interface.

• If Assignment Group is not already listed, click on the "Edit" or "Configure" button.

• Search for Assignment Group in the available fields and add it to the "Group By" options.

• Save your changes and refresh the roadmap view to see Assignment Group as a grouping option.

Hi! I've added the new value to "group by" but there's no choices visible. There are choices for this field everywhere but here. Can someone please suggest how to add them to free-form too? Thanks.
