Email Project status report, add

Hello

has anyone created a way to send/email project status report to certain users

Ive seen a field added like Report Recipient field to Project status form along with a UI button to "email status report" which would email out status report not sure what script to use and what happens when the report is created for following week do the users need to be added again?

 Hope this makes sense

Hi,

If you don't want to send a PDF or a printout of the Project status report, they must see the data or information. They will need access (roles) to see it. The best way to do that is by using the business stakeholder role. 

Once you assign them that or the ppm_read_only role, they will have permission to view the data. Once they have that permission, you can email mail the link to them.
