Hi All.
I have an issue that need to be resolved asap! I don't know how to do it and where to do it.
end users are not able to add comment or reply to comment on idea portal, below is the error users are getting,
1) I have checked all related ACL's everything is fine
2) It is only happening for certain non-itil users.
3) comment section is a widget,
ask : how can we use widgets without interacting with Table APi ACL.
Table API is enabled in our instance for other requirement, so it iss causing the issue for non itil users, how to overcome this without disabling or adding any other roles to this Table API ACL. please suggest.

It sounds like a widget issue. Amy recent changes? Any new client scripts? I’d check what’s recently changed and deactivate or revert temporarily to troubleshoot

Try debugging the security and acls. Can you do the same action on the back end without any errors?
If its new, there might be another widget on the page conflicting. Its really hard to say with the information we have thus far.
