Error while accessing Financials in project workspace

Hi,

The project managers are unable to generate labor costs for the resources assigned on their project plan. While investigating, we see that the system log showing the following error while PMs accessing the financials section of their project workspace.

Are they related to the generate labor cost issue or could it be something else? 

Can you help me investigate to find the root cause of this error:
