Error while submitting idea - You do not have permission to create ideas, Invalid Parameters

Hi Team,
I am facing an issue in Idea Management where users are getting the following error while trying to create/submit an Idea:
“You do not have permission to create ideas.” and "Invalid Parameters"
Context:
• We have configured custom access for Idea Management in ServiceNow.
• Created a custom role: idea_contributors
• Added contained roles:
idea_manager
idea_manager_professional
idea_admin
• Assigned the idea_contributors role to a user group.
• Modified some ACL role mappings on the idea table.
• Customized Service Portal pages/widgets related to Ideas.
Issue:
• Users can access the portal/page, but while submitting an Idea they receive the permission error.

Any guidance on required ACLs, role mappings, or debugging steps would be very helpful.

OOTB Idea shall be open to everyone in the /idea portal. Where have you seen that error message and for what role?

You can use the Access analyser to understand the permissions applied on Idea table or a particular Idea record..
