Export to PPT template in Project Workspace does not display all the date

Hello Community,

I'm looking for some clarification on the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) behavior of the "Export of Project to the PPT" functionality, specifically regarding the slide that captures Project tasks yet to be started.

My Observations/Issue:

  1. Missing Past-Due Tasks (Pending): When I test the PPT export in my PDI or demo instance the slide  captures unstarted tasks (e.g., tasks with State = Pending and a Planned start date in the past) but only includes a small subset (I see exactly 10 tasks) when there should be significantly more.
  2. Missing Future Tasks (Pending): The export does not seem to capture any project tasks that have a Planned start date in the future and are currently in a Pending state.

My Core Questions:

  • What is the complete filtering logic for the "yet to be started" project task list in the OOTB PPT template? Does it contain a hard limit (like 10 records) or a complex date/status filter that excludes future tasks?
  • Where can this limitation/filter be viewed or modified? I cannot find any explicit filter or row limit set directly within the visual editor of the PPT template itself 

Any insight into the mechanism that controls the data query for the project task slides would be greatly appreciated.
