Failed to generate powerpoint . Contact your system admin error while exporting the project

Hi All,

 

While exporting the project with the template, we are able to see "Failed to generate powerpoint . Contact your system admin" error . We did also check the "strategic planning plugin and is up to date as its shows version Strategic Planning to V 4.2.0.

How to fix this issue.
