Field label not appear

Hello..

I'm a newbie on servicenow. I want to ask about field label...

there is User resource (user_resource) field on Resourse plan table, and the default type is reference, I change the type to List, but when I change back to Reference again, the label field doesn't appear. please help

Hi Zulhiyati,

1)Go to form design of this page

configure->form design

edit the required label field just give a name

if that doesnt work

2) go to form layout and add user resource field once again

like,mark correct if solved

this is capture when i go to form design

field label is still there. but not appear when i open the form.

when i open dictionary and i change it, the label still does not appear

Yes i try it. but that is not working. I remove it and save. then i add it and save again. but the label still doesnt appear.
