Hi all.
I'm trying to create a Platform Analytics Dashboard filter to filter the PMO Dashboard by membership of a specific Portfolio Plan, as created in the SPW/PPW.
The data I need to use as a filter exists as a "Conditions" type field in the Portfolio Plan record.
I'm trying to avoid having a custom list field on the Project / Demand (execution) record that simply lists all the Portfolio Plans that the related Planning Item is a member of, managed by a BR on the Portfolio Plan table, but I'm struggling to find another way to do this.
It feels like, with the new power of Platform Analytics, there should be a way to avoid this, but I have two challenges:
Firstly, the PMO Dashboard as it stands uses Execution Items not planning items, so my filter will need to run based on a 'Document ID' field on the planning items.
Secondly, I've not come across a way to have a 'condition' field apply as a filter on a Platform Analytics dashboard. I appreciate this is the SPM Forum, not the Platform Analytics one, but if anyone happens to know the answer, I'd appreciate your thoughts.
