Financials on strategic planning workspace for new lens with new planning items

Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue with the Financials tab in a custom Portfolio Plan.
I have created a new Lens using custom planning items (TeamSpace1 Project, TeamSpace1 Demand, and Enhancement). So far, I have:
  • Created the new planning tables and configured the Execution Table → Planning Table integration.
  • Verified that Investment Entities for these tables are created and active.
  • Confirmed that the Lens and Portfolio Plan work correctly; I can see all records as expected.
However, the Financials tab does not display any information and shows the following error:

Despite everything being active, the financial data isn't pulling through like it does with OOTB Projects or Demands. Has anyone encountered this or knows if a specific configuration needs to be done and maybe i didn't do it?

Hi @MatiasG ,

Can you please check if the entity is added to 'Investment Entities' list and set to active?

Follow below steps:

Investment Funding -> Setup -> Investment Entities

Check if the entities mentioned in the error are added and set to active. If not, using New button add them one by one and set to active.

Yes, i created the investment entities for these tables and for project workspace works fine the financials tab but for strategic planning workspace it's not working.

 Not sure what is missing.
