For My Work in ITSM can you see the CWM tasks?

‘My Work’ consolidates all your tasks—from projects, demands, RIDAC items, stories, and CWM tasks—into one streamlined dashboard. 

You won't see ITSM works.

Hi Lori,

Currently you will not be able to see other non-SPM tasks(like incidents and so on) under "My work".
Please be note that this is on roadmap as a high priority item. Soon you will be able to see all types of tasks here.
