Hello,
Can anyone help why service catalog tasks are not showing up on time sheets? I have done the following:
1. Add the sc_task to the time card grid widget
2. Add the sc_task to the time card portal main container
3. Added the read_sc_task role to the user in question.
The tasks do show up on the users assignments, but do not show up on a time card on the users time sheet, please see screen shots:
I would appreciate any assistance / ideas, thank you.
Sean

Hi @Sean Hamilton1 ,
Go to Time Card > Administration > Auto Populate Rules
Make sure there's a rule that includes sc_task and that the conditions match your use case (e.g., assigned to the user, open state, etc.)
and try debug as well like creating manually a time card and adding an sctask to see if it’s accepted. If not, it may be a policy or configuration issue.

Hi,
Even Time Sheet Portal has been designed to log time against any Task derivative, there is restriction which types of Tasks it consider. It is being driven by configuration at ServicePOrtal Widget configuration level.
You can navigate to All>Service Portal > Widget INstance and open record with name "Time Card Portal Container". The "
Disclaimer : Please notice that behaviour of including sc_task has not been validated in Time Sheet Portal. You need to own this customisation.
